Here are a few pictures of completed students work. Sheila has finished her first major project of a teddy with fishing rod which turned out very well. Moira also completed her first major project of whimsical bees – well done to you both. Students confidence is now growing and they are loving the projects!

Hazel has completed a whimsical bee tray and had great fun painting these cheeky characters what a lovely finish – well done!

Next work shop some students will be doing larger teddies and Sheila will be doing a more advanced Sepia Siren by Catherine Wood after completing the Lady in Grey – shown in the background of the above picture – which was executed very skilfully. Well done Ladies!
Here are my ladies all engrossed in painting cup cakes and owls in the latest work shop today. We all stopped painting for a Xmas lunch which was enjoyed at Merry Harriers! Next meeting will be on 5th January 2016. Anyone wishing to join in the fun please e-mail me! Will also be doing a quilt class in January learning to make a Tilda Doll.

Here is a picture of the latest work by students. The top one is of a Babushka using the Folk It kit and the bottom one is a design by Gill Hobbs from Little Acorns using a more advanced technique for lace work and violets. sorry about the side ways picture but having problems with my computer!

Here are a few of my Tilda dolls sitting ready for Father Xmas to pick up! These are great fun to make and will be doing a work shop to make these soon.


Well here is my beautiful great grand daughter, Mila, with 5 generations of family at my mother-in-law`s 98th birthday (me top right) – amazing!
